Jenna Martin is a children's author, meditation teacher, and the founder of The Milo Way.
Long before Milo, Jenna was drawn to understanding the inner lives of children and how the experiences we have early in life can shape us for years to come. That path led her to advanced training in child and family psychology and years of supporting children and families through life's challenges.
Then, Jenna lost her identical twin sister to suicide.
In the years that followed, as she searched for her own way through grief, Milo came to her almost like a small, unexpected guide. A sea star who could lose part of himself and still heal. Who could be changed by what happened to him without losing who he was.
Milo became part of Jenna's choice to turn something painful into something beautiful, and to dedicate her work to giving children the emotional tools they need not just to cope, but to thrive.
That belief lives at the heart of The Milo Way today. Through stories, workshops, and practical resources, Jenna helps children better understand themselves, trust their own strength, and navigate the difficult parts of being human, while giving the grown-ups who love them meaningful ways to support that journey.
