The site is intended for parents, educators, caregivers, other adults. Children are welcome to enjoy the stories and characters with a grown-up nearby.

When you purchase a program, product, or service through The Milo Way, you agree to pay the listed price. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Coaching and services: Details, dates, and deliverables are confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us as soon as you know something needs to change.
• Digital products: Once a digital download has been delivered, we generally do not offer refunds. If something is wrong with your file, email us and we'll make it right.
• Physical products: Physical items purchased through our Shopify store are subject to Shopify's checkout and shipping terms. Reach out if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Everything on this site, including stories, characters, illustrations, videos, downloads, written content, and design, belongs to The Milo Way or our licensed partners. You may use purchased digital products for personal or classroom use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.

If you'd like to license Milo Way content for a school district, program, or commercial use, contact us. We're happy to talk.

Please don't use the site to:

• Harass, spam, or mislead others.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer content.
• Interfere with the site's security or performance.
• Impersonate The Milo Way or our team.

The Milo Way provides stories, tools, and educational resources to support emotional literacy and connection. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice. If your child is experiencing significant emotional or behavioral challenges, please consult a qualified professional.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that everything will always be perfect.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Milo Way and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in programs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
